"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings.
Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn." — John Muir
This was my 60 mile round trip from Cotton Wood Lakes to Mt. Whitney last year.
The more T.V I watch, the less I feel like my self.

This is definitely not as spectacular as the other posts on this thread, but for me it was awesome. After a pericardiocentesis, a diagnosis of G4 squamous cell carcinoma of unknown primary, one pericardiectomy, three series of chemotherapy, one round of radiation treatment, two thoracenteses with another on the way, there was a suggestion to go on disability. Screw that! ...It truly felt like an awesome accomplishment to singlehandedly set up this hang even if it is just in my own back yard. Please forgive me if this is not the appropriate thread to post this. For most, it will probably appear to be an insignificant accomplishment, nonetheless I felt like sharing. By the way, the Handy Hammock Double Strut Kit works without a hitch when paired with the JRB BMBH-UL.

Still shakin' it Boss, still shakin' it.
