The hike in is not too bad, steeep down for the first mile then just long from there. Beautiful along the way. We ended up camping very near Mooney Falls so our hike in was just a hair over 12 miles. Worth every single step. One of the most beautiful places on earth.

My 8 Year olds first backpacking trip, first hang, and my first time hanging two hammocks under the same tarp. The trip was a success!
