On the kelty noah 12 is there a set of center tie outs to hang it square?

    I don't know about the 12, but the 16 doesn't.
    It'll be alright Friday!

From the picture I have seen it does not look like the tie out are exactly in the center but there are 2 on each side. I'm sure you could hang it in porch mode pretty easy.

Here's my 16 in action porch mode at the Ozark hang a few weeks ago. I had put some "hooks" on the ends to door them shut. It worked out great! I still need to do some cutting and moding, but that was the first time using it. I have seen some threads stating that the Noah's aren't sealed good, but I had no problems.

I keep looking at one on amazon.com but I guess the pic is of the noah 9. It shows no center tie outs.

Yes, my Noah's 12 also has the center tieouts. I hang it square all the time. Diagonal length is almost 17 feet, so square works better for me. The Noah comes seam-sealed but recommend giving it another application when you get it. Mine seeped a bit at some of the seams in heavy rain.

I think you are right, I have the 9 and it does not have center tie outs..

    Kelty Noah 9

I am a noobie and a female looking for some area to change clothes on the at. I have a HH set up and love it, however the tarp does not offer alot of area to change clothes. The noah 9 with doors looks like it would work great. Is it as roomy as it looks and is this a hard setup?

The above pictures are of the Noah 12 and 16. I'm not real sure how much privacy a 9 will give you with room to change.
