    I want to thank ____ for ____

Theres a lot of heroes on this site. Sometimes they dont know what theyve done, so why not take a second to put it out there?

I want to thank Dutch for always being there with gear when someone is in need, and thinking about others & making awesome stuff.

I want to thank Shug for making the videos to teach myself and others the way of the Jedi

I want to thank Dejoha for the book, because now its in print I am validated....

I want to thank The Mods for keeping this place feeling like home

I want to thank Lympho...Blood Disease for keeping the PIF thread in line

And I want to thank all the members for contributing info as well as questions to keep this hobby of ours moving forward and never feeling stagnant, for offering encouragement in times of need, for helping people when gear needs are presented, and just being a good group of guys.

So who are you thankful for and why?

I second, third or whatever this! I could not be as comfortable in my hammock, nor be as well versed in the ways of the hanger if not for these.

I want to thank all the members and the mods for making HF a nice place to escape the world for a short while and especially like to thank the EGL hangers who I see often for being friends with whom I can share the outdoors.

I want to thank Shug first. Without his videos I might not have gotten so interested in Hammock camping.

Same goes for Water Monkey. He's creative about hiking light and he's entertaining.

I want to thank the vendors and everyone who I have purchased from on this site. Everyone has been prompt and helpful and I have always had my expectations met or exceeded.

I want to thank the Mods, specifically Angry Sparrow. They do a good job here and have put up with me at times when they didn't have to. I enjoy this site, and I am glad to be able to use it.

I agree 100% with all that you stated. I would add my wife for putting up with my new found obsession and even becoming a part of it by getting gear of her own!

I totally agree with everything you said Rev, and wonder why someone had not thought to say this before, but since you did, I will put you up for "manning up" and saying what ought to be said.
