I was hoping you found some more 1.1 that Scott was selling... I bought some a long time ago, made an awesome hammock out of it. (here) and wish I had more 1.1 camo to make a single layer out of...
Nice work!

Looks great Yukon! That camo is sweet
Cheers
So got more time to lay in it last night, and try out the Yeti on it. The Yeti stays in place much better than on my BB, but I'm attributing some of that to the fact I installed the Dutch quilt hooks that go on your UQ suspension lines. I will hang the BB tonight and see the difference. I do know that I have been able to achieve a VERY flat lay in this new hammock, and this might be the rig that is going on End-to-End of the LT this summer....time will tell
What is baffling me is how this thing weighs in at 23.2oz with whoopies attached and in the stuff sack. It simply can't be 1.6oz ripstop...but I have some 1.1oz stuff to compare it to and it's a touch heavier than that. I guess I will have to cut a proper section and give this material a weight test...
That's impresive....
I've been aspiring to build myslef a DIY BB. I just have such little spare time that I'd be lucky to get it done in a month; prob more like 2.
Wonderful job!!!
