    Do/Have you name/d your/a hammock?

    That's an eyeful yeah?

I was reading a new members post about "getting it" after finally hanging, and reading some of the responses. Made me want to name my hammock, like a greaser names his hotrod. I invest all this time and energy into perfecting this simple simple tool to tailor fit ME. My hammock system works perfectly FOR ME. We all spend a lot of time customizing our own unique variations on them. We personalize them, has anyone given their hammock the ultimate personalization?

I always default to Bertha for Cars and Clubs.. and they all sucked (except for my hand-me-down R7 which fits like a glove), so it's gotta be somethin' better than that. I'll post when it comes to me, in the meantime, what'd you name yours?

Mine's about to be named "Lost" if it doesn't make it back to Hennessy for my repairs. I mailed it out two weeks ago, and it still hasn't made it to the shop. All joking aside, I don't think I could get into naming a hammock. Sorry, I don't even really name my cars or motorcycles either.

I only name my guns, but if I named my hammock it would be cloud, cause that's what it feels like to sleep in it.

Mine is named, "The Crippler." Because every time I lay in it, I'm out!

I call my hammock the bus driver.... Cause it takes tents to school.

when i am hanging under the milky way, it's a space ship and when the mozzies are attacking, a bunker (w/ a bugnet). also when i travel with my gear, my camp is a 5* hotel.

A few of my bridges have been named (Cloud, Cirrus). Had one I started called Midnight due to the dark blue of the fabric, but I ended up scrapping it as I didn't like the Polymax (coated polyester) for the hammock bed. I will probably follow the cloud motif with my final iteration this spring.
