    i think it's a sharp looking tarp.
    my OMW is more spacious, has a center tie out w/double cat.cut sides.
    choice of color, double coated sil, can customize (mine is Gr/Br), all work done "in house", made in USA, made in NC. maximum customer service.

    Nice choice, exactly what I have and got good field use on the ohio hang, almost half a foot of snow fell. Held up perfectly, you'll be happy for sure.

    One thing I did though when I got it was get a stuff sack for it as the one it comes with is a bit of a chore to get back into and it's very tight and compact. I opted for a quilt sized stuff sack for the ease of use packing it up and keeping it off the ground, also tends not to leave "dead-air" space in the pack as it contours whatever shape it needs to in the larger stuff sack. I kept the original stuff sack to use for my tent stakes and keep that inside the bigger stuff sack with the tarp.

    Good idea on the stuff sack. I am getting a larger one for my sleeping bag for that same reason.

    I have a BMJ and an OMW and both work but for extreme weather conditions I would go with the OMW
    I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
