Yosemite DIY Winter Hang

Hello

I am interested in setting up a winter hang in Yosemite National Park. Upper Pine campground is open. I will bring in my sowing machine and some materials for people to do DIY projects.

People can do day hikes or just hang out in the park.

Any interest?
Bay area hangers?

Hi.

I was thinking one of the three day weekends.

Looks like not a whole lot of hanger near Yosemite or Bay Area. I will have to move to the East Coast to hang out.

I'm in Davis...by Sacramento. If you do something closer, I'll be interested.
Doesn't have to be a 3 day weekend. I like overnight hangs too. Just came back last weekend from Feather Falls in Oroville. Nice one nighter. Got some fresh air.

there are some decent little blm campgrounds along los gatos creek canyon road. Check http://www.blm.gov/ca/st/en/fo/hollister.html . Just saying

I think I'm a little ways away from having my setup complete, but would be down for something. If your in SF Castle Rock SP is nice and local. 1-2 mile hike in and lots of TREES

i am jealous to the piont of hating you guys! just kidding. i have been to yosemite and fell in love with that place. post some pictures after your trip. ill get back there one day.
