Very nice job on the finished pulk. Where did you get the ball-joints and what did they cost?
    I got mine from McMaster-Carr.

Awesome job on the stove tarp. How well did it work out for you? Do you have any more pics of it?

Got the ball joints at Granger for $7.00 each. The steal ones look pretty but cost more than twice as much as the poly. ones I bought. I went to Farm and Fleet for rods but they carried 11/16th which were too big and 3/8th which were too small so I ordered two 5 foot .5" rods at granger as well. They were about $5.00 each. The DIY pulk is one of those projects with endless possibilities. I'll be testing the finished Pulk next weekend when I take out to Michigan Ice Fest for some winter camping and ice climbing in upper Michigan.

I think COTW may have more photos of the winter heated tarp that I used. I haven't taken any of it pitched.

Here's a shout-out to COTW--if you have any more pics of my rig, please post them if you get a chance. Thanks.

There are a few photos on the previous page but here are a few more. rbinhood also brought a second stove I believe made by fourdog but I don't have photos since he did not set it up. If I didn't say this before I think his DIY titanium stove is probably the coolest compact stove I've ever seen. It just doesn't radiate heat very well. I wonder if using a heat reflecting material on some of the inner walls of your winter tarp would reflect the heat radiating from the stove.
