looks like pretty high above the ground
I wish I could come up with something like this. I don't like hanging that high and I've tried the JRB thing. Just doesn't thrill me yet. I do put my gear under me and my pack under me at my head end so I can reach it, but there must be a better way.
Predictions are risky, especially when it comes to the future.
Those sticks aren't for the gear, that's a secondary use. They're running boards! Like on the side of an SUV or truck.

That's an interesting concept, but I would have trouble entering and exiting that high off the ground. The young folk here probably wouldn't mind, but too much for me.
