DIY Molly Mac Gear Box or such?

I have lots of silnylon, and some sewing skills, but I’m unsure about the whoopie slings. Where can I buy those? And what is the difference. Between a sling with eyes and without eyes? Thanks!

I used the directuons here to make my own 1/8" dyneema whoopie slings. Eyes are fixed loops.
