Hey all,
This hammock just arrived from Amazon. I'm sure it's probably stronger than it looks, but the string ropes connecting hammock to clasp things on ends look pretty wimpy. The info on this hammock says up to 500 lbs, I guess it's been tested to 3x that. I weigh 370. I'm sure it's probably fine, and I'll test it out on Sunday, but...
Anyone else own this hammock that can set my mind at ease?this is my first hammock, and I thought it'd be sturdier than string ropes.

I have their 11' and have been using it pretty much full time for a few years. I would say w/o looking that it's a dyneema cordage on yours and it's rated for way more than that. The 7/64th is rated for 1600# IIRC, and the 1/8" even more.
