Hello from a Hoosier!

Well, I got bit by the hammock bug. I'm brand new but I'm all in!
I'm based out of Carmel. I'm looking to hook up with a group to go have some awesome hangs with. While reading through the forum, I came across a few "hoosier hang" posts ? How do I get involved?

Welcome! It’s easy to get involved- keep an eye out for group hangs and just go. From Indy, you can probably hit some w/ the Il, WI, or MI peeps, too. Group hangs are listed in the regional forum section. There’s usually some in the spring.

Welcome to the forums. Those hammock bugs bite hard and usually do considerable damage to your wallet if you're not careful.

The spring Hoosier Hang is usually at Brown Hollow in the HNF in mid-April.

Look for Yogi to post something soon.

Welcome.
I'm new to the forum as well and live south of you in Shelbyville. Probably hanging down in Charles Deam Saturday if interested? Planning to try and hang at least every month this year, mainly down there or BCSP when staying local... I can bring bikes if that's your thing as well, ride down there quite a bit.
