    Rain all night made conditions going out even more difficult.     I'm thinking Valens makes the most sense and is central to most folks.

    That yurt looks bombproof. How was the deck looking underneath?

    Under was fine. Surprised we didn't find a bear cuddled up in there. What worried me was the TONS of ice & snow encircling the Yurt on the deck ... I was very grateful for our ambitions to "worst case" over-engineer the support structure. Paid off!

    i'm going to take the easy way and do Valens (Mar 15/16) if anyone is so inclined. Prob be there around 6 with good traffic.

    Easy is good. Will be there noonish friday.
    I will return the firewood I came home with in january.

    Might want to bring some cleats if anyone is interested in a hike.
