The change of date is unfortunate for me. I have another event at the same time. I had such a wonderful time last year and have been looking forward to seeing everyone again. If I can do some logistical juggling and can do at least some time warping or clone splicing to make it work out I would love to hang with my tree people again. Hmmmmm, time to put my mad scientist outfit on and see what can be conjured into fruition...

I'm sure we can cover breakfast all Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings, along with dinner on Friday and Saturday. Most likely we will have enough food for all, but it's always good to be prepared and bring something in case you miss out on a meal.

Mapquest claims I have 991 miles to reach the destination, I'm already there in my head. I am bringing cast iron and Dyneema, extra hammock stands, canned goods for the food drive and extra $$ for the venue donation...and a towel. I can bring a couple tables that can be used if needed (Timberrr, Gumbo?)

Yes on the tables. Prep tables are better in groups and not in single. Also, very helpful for the Saturday Raffle.
