Anybody know if the Bearded Hanger is out of business?

When I try to find his web page I get a popup that says This site can’t be reached
beardedhanger.com’s server IP address could not be found. Does anybody know if he's out of business

True, but at the time I bought my last hammock (a five-o'clock shadow), BH seemed to be the only vendor who offered the fabric I like in more than brown and hunter green.

I figured they would have it! Great color selection, too. (But why are all the yellow colors being phased out? Odd.) Sewing it myself would be a last-ditch option. I can sew, I actually sew very well -- but I utterly despise sewing. I'll do almost anything to avoid it.

I e-mailed Jared at Simply Light Designs several months ago and asked if he could make a hammock for me with a specific fabric (Hexon 1.6 wide) and at a specific length (126 ") and he said no problem. He ordered the fabric, sewed the hammock and got it to me quickly. Very happy.

While he could decide not to in the future, currently this is true— you just need to get in touch to request a fabric / color that isn’t a standard option. I’ve ordered 3 hammocks from Jared and all have used colors and/or fabrics that required special ordering.

I’m curious about the same thing. Very few options for a good yellow. Maybe the least popular / least demand? (My best guess seeing as a standard yellow is pretty much non-existent in XL fabrics used for wide hammocks.)
