5 stars review in!! And I will never call you "Dutchy". Just sayin.....

My very first hammock I bought was a Dutchware netless with 12' straps with sewn in dutch clips. After using it the first weekend my straps were frayed because of the clips. I contacted them, pointed out that it might be user error since I never used them before, and they still offered to replace them. Since then I've placed several orders and have had no issues whatsoever.
Now I’ve got the BBB emailing me HOW I “furnished” my review.
Anyone else on here get that email from Allison asking this same question?

We were contacted by the BBB and they let us know there were 45 new reviews. They did ask how we suddenly got so many and we told them the story. I don't think the BBB holds a lot of weight in our industry however remember all your favorite cottage vendors for them and other places to leave reviews. It is increasingly hard to get a voice since Amazon has taken such a keen interest in hammocks, tarps and such. Remember the small guys who have been making the innovation that Asia has copied their products. HF has always been such a great supporter of the people you know by name and make your custom gear in their garages and basements. Support them on other social media outlets for people who may not know about HF. Really all the negativity of this one person may be a great call to action to support the people who sew, design and build themselves rather than buy the same mass produced product in bulk, have their brand name put on the bag and market the crap of it on Facebook. Give some love to the people who have a passion for this, you see at the hangs, answer your emails, and make far superior products.

Well said Dutch. I didn't think it would take long for them to call or do something. Sounds like a good, at least neutral, ending. Keep the positive momentum going!
