Oh Man! Something else I need to add to the Bucket List. I'm just kind of any experimenting fool with my Dutch Oven. I try to follow the coal # and turning the DO but most of the time I just wing it and it always seems to turn out great. I'm sure I could learn a ridiculous amount of info from that group. Are they open to visitors?

That's a great set up! Do you do your own Smithing? I buy my stuff from Turkey Foot Trading Company. He's got some neat stuff. The squirrel cooker is my favorite. His wife makes soaps and things.

    Of course. Visitors are welcome.
    I sew things on youtube.
I don’t sew on commission, so please don’t ask. Thanks.

Oh yeah. We meet at Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site the 2nd Saturday of each month except September. If you come and cook with you get to eat with us. Unfortunately we can't feed the public. And, if you want to hang for the weekend, French Creek State Park borders Hopewell.

Nope, no smithing here. That's too much like work. Most all of my stuff was made by a blacksmith in Utah.
