    I'd be tempted to go a bit longer. I think of the total 3 7/8 length, you've got only about an inch and a quarter or maybe an inch and a half of thread on those. Personally, I'd be looking for something with more thread.

    I'd say nope, get something that will go into wall studs at least 2" if not more

    3/8 by 4" eye bolts. Stud is 3", dry wall 1/2".
    If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.

    You don't need eye bolts, been using 3/8" hooks for over a year now. im over 350lbs. so much easier just to throw the adjustable ends of a whoopy over a hook
