I would get these rather than just eye bolts. https://www.amazon.com/Eagles-Nest-O.../dp/B00DVE2AW8
I'm pushing 250 and I've hung on those for over 3 years now.
I have had eye bolts in 2x4's for some years now, no problems. I did make sure they were centered and a pilot hole was pre drilled. Only draw back for me is that they are not easily adjustable vertically. Make sure they are where they need to be.
If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.
Exactly what old4hats said. Mine are at 5’10” but may vary by room size and sag depth.
My son wanted to hang in his room vs. his bed and we got this from Dutch (although I can't find on his website currently)

Same as with eye bolts - center on the studs, drill pilot hole....I used 3" woodscrews to secure to the walls. The track system gives you some verticle flexibility depending on your desired hanging height, length of your hammock, etc.
He's about 60# and I'm about 160#. We've both been in his hammock at the same time and not had any issues with the walls/studs. Been using this for about 6 months.
I found them on Dutch's website. https://dutchwaregear.com/product/ad...e-wall-anchor/ I havent used them, but have heard they work really well.
But as others have said, eye bolts would work as well. Just make sure they're centered. I used the hang kit mentioned above, but wasnt impressed with the included 'biners. They started to show signs of significant wear after occasional hanging by my daughter after just a couple of months.
There are two kinds of people in this world. Those that can extrapolate from incomplete data.
