I have a DW 11' netless. Love it. Want to upgrade. Which would you choose and why?

Quality gear no matter what you choose. I'd get the one that calls to you!

I have both but like my Ridgerunner so I'm not much help here
Once upon a time I owned both the chameleon & Trail Lair at the same time to draw a conclusion. Both imo are of the same comfort & quality . I owned both the widest versions of each. The chameleon only edges out with its modular options. Since I’ve sold both & returned to a single layer netless sld streamliner .
You can’t go wrong with either but it ultimately is up to what your looking for to narrow the choice down. I got my answer by purchasing both & found I’m more minimal at heart hence the return to a simple setup... hope you find your hang

I can't comment on the Trail Lair because I've never been in one but I have a Chameleon Wide with the symmetrical bugnet and find it very comfortable.
I was torn between the two for a long time. I finally pulled the trigger on a Trail Lair. I knew both were high quality hammocks and I wouldn’t regret either, but I wanted to avoid falling down Dutch’s rabbit hole of accessories. I most likely would have spent more money long term on a Chameleon (crafty marketing Dutch!). I figured the Trail Lair would best help me hang comfortably while avoiding marital strife (Thanks Jared!). I have no regrets-the Trail Lair is extremely well made and a pleasure to sleep in. Good luck on your decision!

One could similarly ask Dream Raven vs. Darien (etc.). Like the original post, we’re (I’m assuming) comparing symmetrical to asym models. A symmetrical netted design (Trail Lair/Raven) will likely be my next experiment as that’s what I haven’t tried yet. Neither is likely to displace my beloved Town’s End bridge, but I digress...
