    Japan - Tokyo/Yamanashi/Kanagawa - Hammocks for Hiker (5/12-5/13)



    It’s a yearly organized event that for some reason on another, i miss out on. Will make determined effort to attend this time around.

    ¥1000 yen for one day admission
    ¥3000 for both days including campsite

    Reservation starts April 6th. Camp space is limited to 40 people and they seem to sell out.

    Just avoid the summer (and the hornets). It’s a blast! First round of Asahi at camp will be on me.

    No, it’s not an official campsite but is used by lots of folks. I go there often to test new gear - easy walk from the station.
