It looks like a small group, most of my favored spots are BLM and they are still closed, the coast seems to have a shortage of private spots that have not become swamps. Most of the Gorge is not safe yet, due to fire damage.

Anyone have any wuggestions for a spot?

    Just car camping, or backpacking?

Have fun everyone. Unfortunately I’ll be out of town that weekend. I’m hoping for something later this summer. Enjoy!

If this gets organized I'd be there...just don't know Oregon well enough to do anything myself. Heading to Bend on Friday and then no concrete plans.

Is there still any interest in a group hang for later this summer?

I lost track of this when work got nutty after losing a colleague at work to sabbatical. My bad.

Perhaps now waiting out the snow melt makes sense. Hike? Car camp? There’s gotta be a few good dispersed drive up spots...

I’d be down if timing works out- but never was one to exercise his organizational talents. I defer that to this community

What about GaryR place in Ocean Shores. He has plenty of room, and has made up quite the hammock camping spot.
I miss my 4.8Lb base weight as a ground dweller...But I sure DON'T MISS the ground.
