It was a blast, and it certainly would have been nice to meet you along with everyone else. I do believe that a few of the tent campers have been converted to future hammock campers. I worked through some issues with my gear and have some definite plans for making it easier to setup and take down in the future. It was annoying enough while setting up, but way worse taking it down in the rain! I see snake skins, bishop bags, or the like in my future.

Get lost in the woods and find yourself again. A vacation,to me, is working with your hands and surviving because of the fruits of your labor. In the business world I teach;in the natural world I learn.
I wanted to meet you all but Fridays are too crazy for me at work right now. That will change for me by next year, and I will be there with some DIY bacon, if you do this again.

Thank you all for welcoming us in.Thanks for sharing your gear...I loved the hammock I borrowed, and will be making my own very soon. But mostly thank you for sharing your time and expertise. My daughter & I had a great time "hanging" with all of you!
