Suggestions Needed - graduating this May and to celebrate, I'm going hammock camping!

This May I'll be graduating with my masters degree and to celebrate, I'm going hammock camping!

Ideally, my goal is to do a 100 mile backpacking trip. I was hoping to get some input from all the expertise here as to where I might start looking to go. (Other than the AT). Near Baltimore MD

    Thanks!

The Loyalsock in PA is only 50 or so but looks nice.

Check out the Tuscarora Trail, the trails crisscrossing Shenandoah NP or the GEORGE Washington National Forest. Plenty close to Balmer and lots of options. There’s also the Massanutten Trail that’s 70miles and can be extended to 100 by doing some criss-Crossing.

    Probably the shennies

You don’t have to do the at; in fact I’d avoid it. Lots of other trails that are frankly better in the shennies. You can make a good long loop and include some side trips, like climbing old rag

You could eve hit SNP and then use the Tuscarora to cross over to Massanutten.
