Greeting from Lexington, KY! Been camping in hammocks since I first saw them, around 9 years ago. Sadly I used the same junk ENO Doublenest up until 2 weekends ago. I'm currently running a full Sheltowee Hammock Company rig. Here to soak up any knowledge I can to dial in my setup and to read reviews before making any purchases from now on.

I do everything from quick overnight trips to the Red River Gorge, some backpacking on the Sheltowee Trace, and hopefully more backcountry multiple night trips this year.

Thanks for having me. I'll attach a couple pictures of what I'm running at the moment.

Hello and welcome from Northern Arkansas! ENO’s have got a lot of people in the air to start... from there the addiction takes over! Enjoy!

Thanks! I do have a question regarding Hammock Gear's cuben fiber tarps. Wondering if they may be willing to customize it by adding pullouts on the inside where the existing pullouts are to use to for my bug net pullouts. Or should I post that question elsewhere?

I'm usually too busy to follow sports too much, but I do enjoy going to the games when I can.

Hammock Gear has done custom work---it does cost more and takes more time. Call them and they will talk with you. And they have lots of experience from working with their customers--
Maybe they have met this challenge before--I'd follow their advice

Welcome from Louisville. Looks like you’ve got a good setup going. How do you like the Sheltowee hammock?

I started section hiking the Sheltowee Trace last month and will do the whole trail this year, one weekend a month. It’s a great trail, especially the parts that run through the Gorge and Big South Fork.

Welcome from Danville! You visit the same places I do. Was just on the Sheltowee in Big South Fork this past weekend.

Thanks, I gave them a call but no answer. Should have left a message but I'll try them again another time. I'll definitely listen to their advice.
