Super customer service in every way

I would like to give a big shout out to the HG crew, especially Harry (because he was the one who always responded) but the whole team made me a satisfied customer. I have tried the modified military type poncho liner (PLUG), sleeping bag...you name it. I finally realized that a proper underquilt was a necessary investment. I bought a Econ 20 incubator, then a Econ 20 burrow, then an overstuffed pillow and ridgeline organizer all before the first item arrived. Quality is exceptional . Love my pillow, underquilt and organizer. Had a small issue with the burrow which the team resolved super fast and superbly. I now love it too. Those other few comments that I read that knocked them are unfounded in my experience. I not only highly recommend them but will seek them out first for my hammock equipment. They have earned my respect. I tried to make do with home made gear and suffered. Their Econ line has made my hammocking experience successful and comfortable. I am going into my backpack hunting season with confidence this year because of them. HG, you may take a bow.
