Yeah, really looking forward to it. Now I just have to figure out best way to pack up. I kinda want to use my new backpack to see how it does with packing everything, but then the other side of me just wants to go full light and only bring the minimum.

The backpack test won't do you much good, you can basically ride right up to the campsite! But if you want to test it out on the trails there you could...
As KY said it's a drive up site, but there are some great trails with some pretty steep ups and downs in some places. I always intend to just being my pack, but always come loaded for bear. Just too easy to throw it in the car.Originally Posted by Deckyon

It's mostly going to be a test of how everything fits on the motorcycle. Trying to cut overall weight as well as cut down on the bags I actually mount on the bike. I have usually gone camping before now, but between weather, repairs and doing a film shoot I havent been able to yet, so this will be my test run for the season.

My family and I will be getting there close to dark. We are coming from West Tennessee(about 4 1/2 hour drive). My boys are super excited.
It ain't always about hammer'n out the miles....Sometimes it's about just 'hanging out"!
