Believe it or not,I actually feel great.Minor soreness in the calves.I think that since I drank some electrolytes on trail that it helped with what I lost in "trail sweat" as parts of the trail were somewhat strenuous.I must admit I felt humbled by the people JOGGING the trail and the speed of some of the younger people.(They never bot a 6 oz Coke for a nickel or mailed a hand written love letter with a 4 cent stamp I reckon......)
