Simply Light Designs Customer Service is AMAZING!!!

I like to store my hammock in the side pocket of my pack and wanted a long double ended stuff sack so it fits better. So last night I emailed Jared at Simply Light Designs to see if he could make me one to my specs.

This morning I wake up and get some coffee, check my email, and he replied with a few questions and a price.

9:08 AM: I reply with answers to his questions and ask him to invoice me so I can pay him.

9:15 AM: I receive the invoice and pay it.

9:31 AM: I'm busy working but I get a tracking number and shipment notification!!!

10:34 AM: I write back astonished at how quickly this all happened.

Working with Jared is amazing. I highly recommend Simply Light Designs.

I am always amazed at Jared's customer service and speed. He's not only fast, but he'll take the time to work with you to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. I don't know how that's possible considering he's also able to produce the gear so quickly. My hypothesis is that he has email access from his sewing machine, and he's actually making up the product as he's responding to you. Don't know what else it could be.

That's how Jared rolls! Great guy, high quality and amazing customer service. I just got a prototype hammock from him this week that I'll be doing a review on soon. Even though he had to special order the fabric and have it shipped to him, it took 9 days from start to finish... (Fabric from Dutch shipped to Idaho, built, then back to me in Michigan)

He's taking off the end of next week for a well deserved family vacation).

Always glad to see another satisfied cuatomer!

I am always pleased with Simply Light Designs. Sterling Customer Service.

Plus he makes the only gathered end hammock I am able to exit from somewhat gracefully.

I ordered my tarp on Monday, he emailed me saying he would start on it that night. Didn't expect that. Thursday I get the shipping notice, Saturday it's at my house. I don't think he sleeps and his gear is top shelf.

Total agreement on SLD's customer service. I've emailed late at night and when I've awoken the next morning Jared's emailed me back. Fabrication and shipping are fast too. Plus it's quality stuff!
