It's a winter Sock that covers the Ridgerunner. One of the minor complaints about it was that the suspension had to be taken apart to install and uninstall it. Using the Dutch biner in place of the apex triangle thingie (small triangle in fishbite's photo) eases the process. Normally the two dog bones (Amsteel cords running up from the corners of the bridge) are larksheaded onto that little triangle, and near to be untied to install and uninstall the spindrift Sock.

If you go to Warbonnet's website you can see what it looks like. It's under Ridgerunner Accesories.

My wife use a RR and Spindrift. I ended up getting a second RR for her just to keep in the Spindrift as it was just enough of a PITA to change out the suspension.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !

I use a whoopie hook suspension and replaced the apex triangles on my RR with the Dutchware Bridge Hammock Whoopie Hooks (https://dutchwaregear.com/bridge-ham...pie-hooks.html). These work great and would make the Spindrift installation super easy.
