Saver Series Serrano arrival

My 40* SS Serrano arrived today! This is my first TQ and now gives me one set (Regular 20* Habanero) to work with! I went with Gray outer and Orange inner, 80" Wide with 1 oz extra down - my scale puts this at 19.65 oz in the stuff sack. Sure, down the road I'm sure I'll need other quilts/combos but this pair will cover the bulk of my hanging (mostly with scouts) -it's a disease right?! I ordered this on July 4 so just at 6 weeks total wait time (which includes George and his team taking a much needed break!).

To George and the LL Team - Thank you! The quality on this quilt is top notch. The SS Quilts provide a great option to get you into quilts without breaking the bank OR sacrificing quality. Well Done!

I have two of these 40F quilts -- one for me and one for the Mrs. -- and I think they are awesome. George has always been adamant that top quality and affordability need not be mutually exclusive, and these quilts are proof positive. I love the Dutch Ion fabric.

Sweet quilt. I ordered a SS Habanero on 7/22 so I'm happy to hear that quilts ordered in July are shipping. I'm also excited about how nice your quilt looks. Thanks for posting it.
