    With a short lead time, you probably won't find many backcountry sites available in the National Park.

    I've heard Holy Cross Wilderness is one of the most beautiful places.
    Farther south are the Collegiate Peaks.

    Well isn't this nice! I came in to start a thread for a place to camp for a night next week and BOOM! I found ideas. I've only got next Friday 18th, then I'm going camping with a friend of mine somewhere (no idea). Any more tips are appreciated. I have to come back to Denver Saturday morning!
