Question current material used by warbonnet

hi guys , just got my dream hammock and tarp (xlc and superfly in bushwhack camo) just wanted to ask you guys if anyone knows what material brandon is using on the camo tarps? ive seen so many vids on the superfly and bought mine from Denmark ( as they dont sell it in the UK) the only option was bushwhack camo. After opening the package the material felt so light but i was a bit apprehensive of the durability, it did not contain the grid system usually found in the other superflys, I believe this is an indication of rip stop? I know warbonnet has a very good reputation for the quality of their gear and Im probably worrying about nothing,Im very new to this type of material and its potential durability, ,and if anyone could shed some reassurance, maybe some experiences?, it would be most appreciated, thanks guys

I have no idea if the Silpoly is "ripstop", but I can relate my experience over the weekend. I pitched the tarp twice overnight in the southwest desert mountains of New Mexico, were the spring winds are legendary. Sunday the winds were sustained at 30 mph with gusts in the 50s. Monday the weather service issued wind warnings which they do at 40 mph and gusts at 48 or greater. Both days my tarp came through just fine. I didn't even have shock cord, due to lack of preparation. It was pretty darn noisy, though. It was also a real challenge to set it up.

    I don't think I'd worry about the tarp's durability.

Bushwack Camo Superfly's are made with a silpoly material.

Bushwack camo is either 20D or 30D silpoly. I have an Edge in the 20D and it is light but strong. I'm very pleased...

    On Warbonnet website:
Bushwack Camo is now available. We have a limited run of Superfly’s and expect to sell out quickly but we have more fabric on the way. This first batch is a silicone coated 20d polyester, the next batch coming is a 30d polyester, we’ll eventually decide on one fabric weight.

Thanks buddy nice to get some good feedback, as the tarp is so light I just thought I might have an issue with the strength of the silpoly and how it compares to other similar fabrics. Is this naturally a ripstop style fabric?

I have no idea. But seriously, in the wind I was in....I wouldn't worry about it.
