I'm not sure. I tried to look up the 4417 model and could not seem to find it any more. It is possible that only the currently on order hammocks are shown??? I think it probably is the 1.6 Hyper D diamond ripstop in Orange. with a blue top cover and bugnet. I will be heading out under the spruce trees in just a few minutes for another pleasant nights sleep!

I am hoping I get similar comfort with the 1.7 Robic.

    Thanks Papa Smurf!

PS: It was another great night in the Raven using an Exped downmat 7 UL MW at 27*F. I am thinking that if I take the Costco DT and conjure up a light UQ to complement the downmat I will be doing well down to colder temps than I will be out there for. My winter camping days are behind this old dog...maybe. Hammock camping might put a whole new spin on digging out the snow for the tent or tarp scene.

How are raven owners finding the hammock performs when used without the bug net? I like that the design of the raven allows for a taught net without the use of pull outs which I think interfere with under quilt fitment . That being said, I would Love to hear some thoughts on how the design fares with the net removed.

I've only lain in mine once without the bug net, but it was very comfortable.

Haven't used mine without the cover yet. I really like the darkness and added warmth/wind resistance of the cover and I have spent some very windy nights safely tucked away.
