Looking for some good dispersed camp areas anywhere in WA. What areas do you like to hit in the Spring?
So far ive only found a few good spots along the Methow river in the north cascades.

Mountain Loop Highway outside of Granite Falls. Its something like 30 miles long and is full of dispersed camping. Its my go to spot for sure...in any season!
The word hammockable (Meaning: two trees that are the perfect distance apart between which a hammock can be hung) is not in the dictionary, but it should be.
If backpacking counts, mt saint helens area over to mt Adams is chock full of underused trails. Get the free NWIA trail guide for maps and trail descriptions.

Love the flag Burg!
Thanks leiavoia, I grew up in eatonville, but never did any camping other than at campgrounds and lakes, I have been toying with the idea of doing a section of the PCT east of rainier down to adams.
Kitsap, ive had more trouble with raccoons on the OP than bears luckily. Where have you found good dispersed camping? Every place ive camped out there was in a reserved spot, ozette loop and last fall I did the deer lake/mink lake loop by the hot springs.
Anyone else?
Good dispersed camping on most rivers just off NF roads or even highways, and along trails. There is less underbrush at higher elevations and towards the dry side giving more options for sites to pick from.
