So you camped in an RV spot? LOL first I am surprised they let you use a hammock, then they gave you a discount?

Here's November 12
Here's Dec 19th
Obviously the 19th wasn't an optimal distance between trees but I was happy
The 19th was a cold night. Not sure how accurate these little thermometers with the reader u place outside is but with the main unit laying on my chest in the hammock with both UQ and TQ it was warm!

Last time I was down there was probably 1997 or so. I barely remember any trees of decent size except around the perimeter of the RV area. The primitive area was pretty much wide open with a decent view of the river. I am guessing that they have made some changes to the layout since then. Looks like you were able to make do with what was available...carry on!
It was definitely fun! I need more experience with setting up but it's a fun learning process

I would rather be in the woods... my dog would rather be in the pool. My wife thinks we are both nuts.
I will be there Friday afternoon , Not sure what time but it will be just me . How about some baked beans ?
