Wink UGQ tarp pole mod Video

I've heard lots of folks on the forum wish for a "how-does-it-actually-connect-together" video, so I had my lovely videographer wife help me with a movie.

True, it doesn't compare to watching Minnesota water boil, but c'mon...
You know that fellow is really talented. This is only a first attempt for me. Be patient.
    Enjoy!

Ya' done did a good job there. I like watching poles being rigged as much as watching water boil.
    You gave me flannel envy!

Thanks, Zilla. Paul and Missy do some really exquisite stitchery. Sometimes it just makes you stare in amazement. The new Christmas top quilt they just sent me is no exception.

Hi, Shug. You made my Friday. Thanks a heap!
Talking tarps with you reminds me of young Kwai Chang Caine asking Master Po questions about life...
I'd really like to get the editing done on IMovie, like you, but that's for some later budget.
My HP laptop is too conflicted to edit video. I had to piece things together on an IPhone video app.

On the flannel-front, I've got exactly 4 of those red/black flannel shirts. I can certainly comprehend other folks begin' a mite jealous. No worries, Bro.
Happy New Year to your family.
    Ted and Patti.

    Yep. This is 13' length.
Poles pack from 133 1/2" down to about 20"
    image.jpg

The 13' tarp is right at 32 ounces. About 16 oz more for the mod poles...

Thanks, Oms. It IS a biggie. Even without the mods, UGQ built a lot of room into it.
I think Patti even had fun filming it.
