That is an interesting idea, yes, the extensions present a bit of a challenge, and it would add some weight. I've found it pretty easy to setup/take down while leaving the hammock up by simply opening the door completely and disconnect one end of suspension, pull hammock out of the PP and reconnect, then repeat on other end.

I have left my hammock and underquilt on and took the whole thing down in one. It will depend on your hammock hardware. I use Dutch clips so I just undo the suspension at the tree or at the attachment to the hammock (if wet or dirty) and leave the hammock cinched by the extension tubes and fold it all up together. Works well.
As far as a setup video, I do not have one. It really is as easy or as hard as you want to make it. Honestly all it takes is having the ridge line with Dutch biners and looping it around the tree and cinching tight (I use lineloks) and staking the corners down. You will get used to the height to make sure the tub is raised. Easy to adjust that. And then putting your hammock up. Unless you leave the hammock in it then it’s half done for you. If you add in the tarp connections and all that then it takes longer but not sure if you are looking for that whole setup or not.
Hoping to have an update on that front soon to post a video for spring with a new tarp internal pole mod setup instead of sewn in tie outs.

A couple of our recent projects.

Oh man what happened to your domain? Yea, I'd love to get that black beauty out and give it a try if this winter......will.......ever.......end.
Once you're lost in twilight's blue, you don't find your way, the way finds you.
This is a nice solution for hammock hikers with dogs, and/or ground sleeping hiking partners under the same tarp!
