I agree. Unless he's asking someone else to birth his baby for him, I say "if he builds it, they will come."
Now, if he's saying "here's an idea, which I won't bother making into a reality, so someone else take the initiative and do the work for me," ... not so much.
I say "go for it, Kroma!" It'll take some work, sure, but I bet you'll be surprised how many from how far might come. Just don't set an unreasonable measure of "success" and be happy no matter how many show up. Better than zero!

I'm not volunteering to help run this deal, but, I have a suggestion anyway. It would help to have something really attractive and unique to draw hammockers from all over. Perhaps the total solar eclipse next August 21?
