Hi everyone,
I would like to add my own comment to this thread. Before Harry came along, Jenny and I had our hands full, and sometimes struggled keeping up, with all the emails and phone calls we received on a daily basis. There were times when the ball got dropped and we had to work much harder to make things right. Some of you might remember those days... Anyway, fter Harry became a member of our HG family, the few issues we had with customer service response time virtually stopped. Harry does so much more around here than answer phone calls and emails and I would like to publicly thank him for what he brings to Hammock Gear.
