    Hello from VT

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Thanks to y'all I took the leap on a Dutch 11' and made a couple whoopies for hanging in the basement. I'm hoping to take it on the Long Trail in a couple weeks for a proper trial. Still need to sort out insulation, bug net and rain fly but I have a feeling that these forums will provide more than enough information.

Here's an official welcome. I think most of us lurked until we were ready to wade into discussions.

Welcome from the central Ridge and Valley Province of Pennsylvania. I got a Dutch 11' myself earlier this year and I find it very comfortable and it's good and wide with great fabric.

Enjoy yourself. I find folks here helpful and friendly.

Good luck on that Long Trail. Some of it looks quite rough. Get/make yourself some top and bottom insulation and have fun on the trail.
