That awesome zukiguy! A well outfitted group, I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Awesome story wsp_scott. Loved the blog too. Thanks, it is a great backyard. We also have access to the river through the trees.

    Love your photo Snydman!

this is great I love stories like this, my youngest two 17 and 15 still go out with me, its been fun watching their preferences evolve with all the choices out now as compared to when my 29 and 25yr olds had available or I knew about when they were kids. hell the two younger ones have nicer setups than me!!

Great stories! I had come to the conclusion my daughter would never be an outdoors lover but I am inspired to stay on course and continue to invite her. Maybe she accept one of my offers.

That's great! I'm hoping my son will like coming along with me in a few years. If not, I understand...me and my brother were total opposites when it came to outdoors stuff.

Very cool. Now if i could figure out a way to get my son as excited as his younger sisters. My old daughter can't wait to get in the woods.....my son he doesn't want to leave the air conditioned house other then for marching band practice.
When the wife asks, I simply say "Shug made me do it".

    Great stories,,
I bought a canoe and tent when my oldest son was 7, the next year I took my 9 y.o. daughter too. Then added a kayak , then another, then my youngest son started coming when he was 6.
In the end, I have 7 hammocks with all the extra's,, Daughter is now away at college, but loves going on "river trips" over the summer
