Good idea Maytag--for persimmon pudding, Im gonna find someone's Grandma to chase the possums and yellow jackets away from persimmons. After she's done that--she can make us some persimmon pudding. Maytag it will be good to see you and yours.

So I did quick Google search for us super new/super ignorant folks, and found the place. Yates Place campground? That must be where we're going.

Then I did a search on Google Images. That's a good one. Here it is. You can see PappyAmos in his fisherman, yellow rain coat, Old4hats, and is that Tacoma with the impressive beard?
I may be wrong, if I am...correct me. Either way, this looks like a good time. I'm excited now.

If you are on 85 in Thomasville
Go 109 south past Denton
Turn right on Correll road
Go to end (2 miles?)
Turn right on Dusty Level road
About a mile on left you will see cars parked and hammocks at Yates Place
If you have a phone map app--
Use Correll road Troy NC

I've had this on the calendar since the last hang. Might bring Emma and the boy if I can screw up enough courage. Last hang was quite the adventure overnight. Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

I enjoyed the photos that you found. I am getting excited for this hang too. Even though I much prefer a proper bathroom & showers, this hang has great trees and great company.
