I am going to bring up my Chicago style Italian beef for Saturday dinner. I'll bring up 4 loaves of French bread, should be enough for everyone. I'll make it fresh the day before I come up. Hopefully someone would be kind enough to let me reheat it in their Dutch oven. ��

I have an ENO system, but I've yet to use it in cold weather, and I'll have one of my dogs with me... I'm planning on bringing it to mess around with, with my trusty tent as backup (aka security blanket, haha).

I can bring one (or two) Dutch ovens, I have one with legs and one legless/smooth bottom for woodstove cooking.

My younger German Shepherd. She's logged a lot of miles and nights in a tent, but I'm not sure if she's gonna prefer to be in the hammock or under the hammock. I suppose that may depend on just how cold it is...
