I've never seen this one. 75:1 water to permethrin ratio will get you your 0.5%. If you try it, let us know about the smell. I can't believe there would be that much after diluting it so much.

Should be fine. I use 36.8 percent and add 2oz to one gallon of water.
I would rather be in the woods... my dog would rather be in the pool. My wife thinks we are both nuts.
I haven't seen this brand before and I'm nervous to use it on my new hammock. I hope it fine.
Make sure it's water-based, not petroleum based, or you'll have a strong odor.

.
The label says it contains 62% petroleum distillates so I wouldn't use it on your gear. As Rain Man states it will have a strong odor.
Thanks for all the help. A buddy owed me some money so I sent him a Amazon link to the stuff everyone seems to be using on the forum, and he came back with this. I was skeptical of the stuff, and I didn't feel comfortable with what he brought back.
I personally prefer the oil-based permethrins because you can tell what is treated and what is not treated by smell. It wears off fairly quickly though.
I was personally shocked when I bought a non-oil based permethrin, many years ago.
