Looking for Hanging Spot this weekend

Taking my daughters camping Friday night. Live in Northeast Georgia. We were thinking about Max Patch, but have considered something closer. Perhaps close to a river or waterfall so the girls can play. Needs to be an easy hike. (Not sure if that's for them or my sanity).
Any Ideas of something that kids would enjoy?

This past weekend, I took a day trip to Sarah's Creek, just east of Clayton. There isn't a designated hiking trail for the area, so it is a car camping destination, but the sites are right next to the creek.

    Good luck,

The trails outside of Brevard, NC, especially around John's Rock and Davison's creek might be what you are looking for.

Thanks! We will try that soon. My buddy loved Brevard and would really like that idea. We ended up on Max Patch and had a blast.

Thanks! We ended up at Max Patch and had a great weekend. I live about 25 miles from Clayton, so I'll check out this spot soon. Sounds like a good weekend adventure.
