I live in Dothan, right in the southestern corner of AL. Are there generally any hangs inside of 100 miles of me?

Cant think of any. But someone has to get things started. Sounds like you just volunteered to be in charge.

I have hung at Conecuh National Forest, in the camping area. Been considering doing the trail there but just have not had a chance. It's in the Open Pond Recreational area I believe.

In... charge...? Well, if it means I'll be able to go to a hang without driving halfway across the state, I'm willing to try. I'll start a new thread to test the waters. If even a dozen people are not only interested, but can help make sure I don't make an idiot of myself trying to do this, the hang is on!
