    Looking for a AL hang

I was wondering if anyone had a hang scheduled, or if there is a time of year that more hangs take place? I am just wanting to see how everyone else hangs as well as maybe pickup some wisdom.

We do one in Bankhead during April and October or November.

What part of Alabama are you from? It's so hot that most of the hanging takes place in the fall/winter/spring although tonight and tomorrow night are supposed to be early Christmas gifts for this time of year.

Well hey neighbor! Oak Mountain is a great spot to hang if you don't plan to backpack. You can get one of the sites down by the lake and it is wonderful even in this heat. Same thing at Tannehill in the back of the primitive area. Hang across the creek and you may just freeze your booty off!

Sweet! I love being at Tanehill and it sure doesn't hurt to test out winter gear when you have friends in RVs on the other side of the park!

We have not. It will probably be later in the summer when the dates are set. A new thread will be started when the talks begin.
