The cubes sleeves can be turned inside out to clean and dry.
If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.

Finally! Someone said something that made sense about using the mesh skins. All the crap about your tarp drying out while in the mesh was stupid. But...the skins themselves being able to dry out and not mildewing is the only thing Ive heard that gives them an advantage. Now, I gotta more stuff!! Thanks a lot....

True, but it's a pain in the arse, especially in the field. I'm all about easy, especially at LESS weight.

I just ordered a set for my SF. Will move my Hennessy skins to my loaner tarp.

I received mine earlier this week. I have had a chance to try them out but they seem to be well made

I would definitely recommend the mesh sleeves from Mountain Goat. Also the small guyline pockets are very worth it, you would hardly notice them and they can hold basically all the guylines for my superfly tarp although I leave the four corners attached. The sleeves overlap in the middle which is a great feature for keeping things nice and neat and the 11 foot sleeves are perfect for the superfly. Even when its raining they dont really get very wet or hold much moisture. I honestly cant say enough about how great a piece of gear so simple is, but they receive five golden stars in my book!!
    Thanks Kat!

I have to agree that this is a great product. I had been shoving my Cuben tarp in my back but now it is kept contained. I'll also be able to hang it on the outside of my pack when wet
